Outreach

Outreach activities are characterized by integrating teaching and research in order to enable a relationship of transformation between USP, the academic community and the society.

In accordance with the principles that guide the DLCV, these activities aim at disseminating, updating, improving, and specializing both the academic community and the civil society through courses, events, and different cultural actions.

The contribution of the Outreach activities carried out within the scope of the DLCV to enrich academic practice can be verified in the importance given to them in the Letters course.

Such activities have been an indispensable way for the circulation of knowledge over time and operate as a constitutive element of social formation.
